The Joliet Unity Movement is proud to announce its 12th Annual 815 Day celebration, a vibrant community event bringing together residents from across the city. The festivities will take place on Saturday, August 16, 2025, starting at 12:00 PM (noon) at Nowell Park, located at the Doris Avenue & Gardner St Pavilions, Joliet, IL.

This year’s 815 Day promises to be the biggest and best yet, featuring a diverse range of activities and entertainment for all ages. Attendees can look forward to live music, engaging performances, local vendors, children’s activities, and opportunities to connect with various community organizations. The event aims to foster unity, celebrate the spirit of Joliet, and provide a fun-filled day for families and individuals.
“815 Day has become a cherished tradition in Joliet, and we are thrilled to bring our community together once again for this incredible event,” said Willie Ervins, President of the Joliet Unity Movement. “It’s a day to showcase the best of Joliet – our diverse culture, our strong community bonds, and our commitment to working together for a brighter future.”
