815 Voices: Help Shape the Future of Our Neighborhoods

What would you like Parkwood, Ridgewood, Forest Park, and the Collins Street Area to look like in the next 10, 20, or even 50 years?

Joliet Unity Movement is launching the 815 Voices Community Development & Vision Survey, and we’re inviting residents, former residents, families, students, business owners, and everyone with a connection to these neighborhoods to be part of the conversation.

This isn’t just another survey.

It’s a resident-led effort to identify the parks, trails, recreation, beautification, and community spaces that strengthen neighborhoods, build pride, and create safer communities for future generations.

We believe the people who know these neighborhoods best should help shape their future.

Our goal is to hear from 1,000 voices and create a public Community Development Report that will guide future planning, partnerships, grant opportunities, and community investment.
